Your Shopping Guide

Shopping Flow

1.Select the item you wish to purchase

After you decide on an item, click [Add to Cart]. The item is added to Your Cart.

2.Go to Checkout

Click [Checkout]. The items in your Shopping Cart appear in the next page.

3.Checkout

Enter your personal information, delivery address and payment method following the instructions.

4.Receive an order receipt email

You will receive an order receipt email. Check the details of your order.

5.Receive the items you ordered

- All registered members will get to earn points for all purchases(exclude shipping fees). 1 point is given for every SGD$5. (1 point is valued at SGD$0.20)
- REDEMPTION OF POINTS IS ONLY DURING NON SALES PERIOD/NON SALE ITEMS .

Delivery Charges

Local Normal Mail (FREE) ( Flat Charge: SG$0.00)

Registered LOCAL Mail ($2.24) ( Flat Charge: SG$2.24)

Overseas Registered Air Mail/Air Parcel ( We shall inform you of the delivery charges later. )

Delivery charges is based on weight. See below links for more information on overseas postage rates charged by Singpost.

Registered Air Mail(less than 2kg):
Click HERE for the postal rates via Air Mail. Registered mail will cost additional SGD$2.20 for overseas.

Air Parcel(more than 2 kg):
Click HERE for the postal rates via Air Parcel.

Any order that weighs more than 2kg will be delivered via Air Parcel rates.

SpeedPost EMS Courier Overseas/Local ( We shall inform you of the delivery charges later. )

This is for URGENT delivery. It's the MOST expensive way to ship unless you need the items urgently.

Personal delivery/Pick up service ( We shall inform you of the delivery charges later. )

1) Personal delivery is FREE if you purchase $65 or more. (exclude shipping fee) Else there'll be a charge of $5.

2) Pick up service is only available when the order has TWO GIRLS brand products included in the order. It's a free service and only available in Marina Square CACTUS #03-367(next to GRIPZ at Central Atrium). DO NOT CHOOSE THIS MODE IF YOU DID NOT BUY ANY TWO GIRLS BRAND PRODUCT.

3) Delivery time and schedule will be fixed upon appointment via phone or email.

4) Fitting sessions can be scheduled and done in the comforts of your home. STRICTLY APPOINTMENT BASIS. Transport charge is $5 per location. Fitting sessions done at the boutique owner's place is FOC.

Meet Up (Local) ( Please make your payment on delivery. )

1) Meet Up service is only restricted to Pioneer/Boon Lay MRT. Also available in NTU. (only weekdays)

2) Meet Up on weekends will only be at City Hall/Marina Square/Suntec area.

*Meeting point and time and date will be liaise and set through email or phone.*

Payment Methods

Please select one of the following payment methods.

By bank transfer.

Please transfer the payment into the account number given. The branch code is the first 3 digit of the account number. PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE THE BRANCH CODE WHEN YOU ENTER THE ACCOUNT NUMBER TO BE TRANSFERRED. Please kindly note down the date of transaction, transaction reference number and state the account number transferred to in a return email to sales@fazeline.com after the payment is made. PLEASE MAKE YOUR PAYMENT WITHIN 4 DAYS FROM DATE OF ORDER TO AVOID YOUR ORDER BEING VOIDED.

You can make an electronic payment via PayPal.

Paypal accepts all credit cards and it's secured transaction. Delivery charges will be billed separately.

You can make your payment by Western Union.

Payment by Western Union, please take note of the instructions below.
After you have remit the money by Western Union, please inform us through email or MSN of the details:
1. MTCN Number
2. Sender's First name
3. Sender's Last name (Surname)
4. Transfer Amount
5. Sender's country

The details of the account to remit to will be made known to you via email.

You can make your payment by Cash Upon Delivery(COD).

1) Cash Upon Delivery is accepted for orders delivered via meet up, personal delivery or pick up service. Bank transfer is also accepted for meet up or personal delivery.

2) Cash is accepted too after a fitting session. Please email FazeLine at admin@fazeline.com for details n scheduling.

·         Any registered member who ordered $65 or more within 3 months are upgraded to the FazeL Club. (Membership for FazeL Club is valid for 3 years)
·         Members in the FazeL Club enjoys 15% discount on all items (except sales/promotional items). Rebate points can be used for purchases during NON SALES PERIOD/ITEMS. During sale, points will be earned.
·         Free personal delivery for any purchase worth $55 and above. (for LOCAL orders only)
·         Free registered mail for any purchase worth $40 and above.(for LOCAL orders only)
·         10% off on registered AIR MAIL charges for any purchase worth $50 and above. (for INTERNATIONAL orders less than 2kg only)
·         10% off on SPEEDPOST WORLDWIDE COURIER charges for any purchase worth $70 and above.(for INTERNATIONAL orders)
