For Singapore addresses,
LOCAL NORMAL mail is FREE.  Registered Mail charges are $2.24. You pay only this amount if opt for registered mail.

For Overseas addresses,
Registered Air Mail charges or Speedpost/Air Parcel charges are to be borne by buyer. 

(Any order more than 2kg will be delivered via Speedpost/Air Parcel service)

No other hidden cost.

1) Payment must be done WITHIN 4 days from the date of the CONFIRMATION email is sent out.

2) All prices stated are in SGD (Singapore Dollars).

a) Register as member.

b) Log into the account just created.

c) Once you are logged in, you can start shopping by adding the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart.

d) Upon checking out, choose the desired payment mode and the mode of shipping required.  (If you purchase TWO GIRLS Brand products, u can opt the pick up service at CACTUS Marina Square which is FOC).

e) Customers who choose to pay by Paypal, you will be billed immediately after checking out. For other modes of payment, an email will be sent to your registered email address which will include FazeLine’s bank account number for you to transfer the funds to. 

f) All local customers, regardless of the chosen mode of delivery, will have their shipping fee billed at the end of checking out process.  (Normal Mail is Free.)

g) ALL OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS WILL PAY FOR THE ITEMS ORDERED UPON CHECKING OUT USING PAYPAL. SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE BILLED SEPARATELY THROUGH EMAIL. 

h) Orders with FULL payment made will be processed and sent out ASAP.

FazeLine will dispatch order out within 1-2 working days upon receiving the FULL payment.

**For all shipments, FazeLine WOULD NOT be held liable for any damages/loss of items during postage** 
**REGISTERED MAIL IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED AS YOU CAN TRACK THE PARCEL**
  

1) All items are checked thoroughly before delivery.

2) No exchange or refund is allowed unless it is the wrong item sent out by FazeLine.

3) Exchange is allowed only done on case by case basis deemed valid by FazeLine.  Items for exchange MUST BE returned in the FULL original condition with receipt, tags, labels, etc. all INTACT.  Request for exchange must be done within 2 days upon receiving the order. 

4) Return shipping charges for exchanges are to be borne by buyer. 

5) An admin fee of $2 maybe imposed for exchanges done on buyer's personal reasons (ie. cannot fit or don't like the colour, etc). 

** ANY SIGNS OF WASHING, TAMPERING OR ALTERING OF PRODUCTS DUE FOR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED **
