Ans: Yes, definitely! You can make your purchase but your payment wise will be by credit or debit cards via Paypal or alternative method will be via Western Union. FazeLine ships WORLDWIDE. Registered Air Mail/Parcel or EMS service are options for overseas customers. Please read through the SHOPPING GUIDE for more details. Ans: As FazeLine brings in small quantity of apparels each time, it creates a uniqueness in our apparels. Thus we DO NOT do backorder for apparels which are sold out. However, for other products, backorders are accepted. Please email admin@fazeline.com for such request. Ans: Yes! FazeLine provides gift wrapping services for a fee of $3.50. The $3.50 fee consists of 1 wrapping paper/gift box, gift tag and labour. Please contact FazeLine directly for elaborate requests and such elaborate request will incur extra cost. Ans: Yes! Prices on the website are NOT wholesale price. Please contact FazeLine for more details/discussions. There’s a minimum amount for order required for wholesale/supply. (Minimum amount of SGD$150 for any styles and quantity) Ans: For fitting sessions, please email to admin@fazeline.com to make arrangements on the schedule of fitting. Kindly include in the item's code AND name so that items can be put aside for you to try. You can choose as many styles you want to try. The cost of fitting sessions is currently charged at SGD$5 per location. This fee will be waived if after fitting, a total of SGD$65 worth of clothes/items or more is bought. Fitting at the boutique owner's place is FOC. You can ask your friends to join in the fitting sessions to make it a girls' day/night out! 7. Why are there codes with FK(authentic Korean Apparels) and FL? What's the difference? Ans: The items with FK codes are from SOUTH KOREA and are Korean designers item. These items are high in quality and are solely MADE IN SOUTH KOREA. The items with FL codes are Korean or Japanese styles. These items are usually from Hong Kong, Taiwan or China. The clothes are sometimes meant for Korean/Japanese markets too. Items are of good quality. That's why there's a difference in pricing as you are paying more for the QUALITY in FK coded items. Ans: The clothes are all above average to good in quality. All items coded FL are of above average in quality and the remaining are of superior in terms of quality. 9. Do you have a showroom? Can I purchase directly? Ans: No, there is no showroom but you can arrange for a fitting session at the owner's place or your place. Please refer to question 6 for the details about such service.
