1. Will my personal details be used in other means? 

Ans: No! I will not disclose, share, transfer, sell or rent personally identifiable information to any 3rd party. I do not send unsolicited marketing email to my customers. Customers will occasionally receive email on special promotions FazeLine hold. Out of respect for the privacy of the users, users may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line in the email or unsubscribe through the website.

2. I'm from overseas. Can I purchase from your boutique?

Ans: Yes, definitely! You can make your purchase but your payment wise will be by credit or debit cards via Paypal or alternative method will be via Western Union. FazeLine ships WORLDWIDE. Registered Air Mail/Parcel or EMS service are options for overseas customers. Please read through the SHOPPING GUIDE for more details.

3. Can I order items from the SOLD OUT list?

Ans: Please email admin@fazeline.com FazeLine for such requests. There's no guarantee that the item(s) will be available at the supplier side. 

4. Do you provide gift wrapping services?

Ans: Yes! FazeLine provides gift wrapping services for a fee of $3.50 or more if more elaborate details or materials are needed. Please contact FazeLine directly for elaborate requests. The $3.50 fee consists of 1 wrapping paper/gift box, gift tag and labour.

5. Do you do wholesale/supply?

Ans: Yes! Please contact FazeLine for more details/discussions. There’s a minimum amount for order required for wholesale/supply. (Minimum amount of SGD$100 for any styles and quantity)

6. How do I arrange for fitting sessions? Any cost involved?

Ans: For fitting sessions, please email to admin@fazeline.com to make arrangements on the schedule of fitting. Kindly include in the item's code AND name so that items can be put aside for you to try. You can choose as many styles you want to try. The cost of fitting sessions is currently charged at SGD$5 per location. This fee will be waived if after fitting, a total of SGD$65 worth of clothes/items or more is bought. Fitting at the boutique owner's place is FOC. 

7. Can I use the pick up service available at Marina Square CACTUS?

Ans: You can only use the pick up service only if you have bought any of the TWO GIRLS brand products.  If you did NOT purchase any TWO GIRLS Brand products, DO NOT choose the pick up service during the check out process. 

8. Why are there codes with FK(authentic Korean Apparels) and FL?  What's the difference?

Ans: The items with FK codes are from SOUTH KOREA and are Korean designers item.  These items are high in quality and are solely MADE IN SOUTH KOREA.  The items with FL codes are Korean or Japanese styles.  These items are usually from Hong Kong, Taiwan or China.  The clothes are sometimes meant for Korean/Japanese markets too.  Items are of good quality.  That's why there's a difference in pricing as you are paying more for the QUALITY in FK coded items.
